Our physical address is located in Kanab Ut, However all tours will meet at the intersection of Hancock Rd & Sand Lamb Spring Rd. in Kanab Utah (GPS Coordinates

37.0976449,-112.6455354) You will receive these google location pin and GPS coordinates upon booking, and again in your reminder text the day before, but look for our Flags and Machines in the parking area. Did you know the Coral Pink Sand Dunes are over 5000 acres! Starting March of 2024 we will no longer tour inside the limited 2000 acers of the state park. This gives us way more trails to tour and explore, less pedestrians & private riders interfering with tour enjoyment, as well as saves all our guests the added park entrance fee.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no cell phone or Wi-Fi service available within 20 minutes of the area so enter the coordinates while you have service.

HYDRATE

Water
Bring plenty of water.  With the higher elevation, heat, and the dry weather... Water is essential.

Guides will have water available at each stop, but some guests prefer to have their own in the machine with them.

You may want to have snacks in your car for after your tour. No food services are available within 25 minutes of the tour area.

CLOTHING

What to Wear
Closed-toed shoes (hiking shoes or hiking sandals are ideal in the sand, and terrain) Neck buff/gaiter are recommended for the dustier trails!

Wearing layers is a great idea if you come during a time of year when the temperature can elevate or drop throughout the day.

We provide Helmets and Goggles.

MISC

A few extra essentials
Sunscreen, as the UV index is moderate to high.  Chapstick with sunscreen is also recommended. 

Camera - if you bring a camera, please make sure it is stored in a bag that will protect it from the sand and dust.

A backpack can be brought along to hold all personal belongings.

  • All reservations must be paid in full prior to the tour. We are excited to offer online booking! Simply select your date, what tour you would like to book, choose how many drivers & passengers you have, select the time and then add to cart and check out! You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt.

  • We offer a full refund (minus the $25 processing fee) with a request of cancellation 60 Days prior to reservation. We offer a half refund (minus the $25 processing fee) with a request of cancellation 30 Days prior to reservation. If we cancel due to snow or heavy rain we will fully refund your tour. Tours are not cancelled due to cold/hot weather so please dress accordingly. When booking you will be offered cancellation insurance through a 3rd part insurance company.

  • We require guests to arrive at the meeting destination 30 minutes prior to the tour departure time. We go by Mountain Daylight Time. ThUtah is an hour ahead of AZ, NV, and CA. Please plan your reservation accordingly.

    We ask that you have all camera gear, water bottles, sunscreen applied, clothing prepared, restroom breaks, etc. taken care of prior to checking in with the guides. Please note there are no public restroom at the meeting location. Please plan accordingly. The Guides need 30 minutes prior to tour reservation to make sure all waivers have been signed, helmets and goggles fitted, and to go over brief safety instructions.
